About Izabelle

Hi, I’m Izabelle (Dr. Grenon), and I help people like you speak with clarity, confidence, and calm—even if public speaking feels terrifying right now.

If you’re nervous about speaking in front of others, you’re not alone. I used to be incredibly shy myself. In fact, during my very first teaching job, some students were so unsure about me that they asked to change instructors! (Yes, that really happened.)

But over time—and after teaching thousands of people—I learned how to overcome that fear. And now I help you do the same.

Whether you're preparing for a class presentation, a conference talk, a business pitch, or simply want to speak up more confidently at meetings or in social settings, I’ll work with you step by step. Together, we’ll:

• Build your confidence and find your voice.
• Learn how to structure what you say so people stay engaged.
• Practice body language, tone, and pacing to keep your audience hooked.
• Explore strategies to manage nerves and think clearly under pressure.

My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to your goals. I create a safe space for you to grow—and to enjoy the process.

I’ve taught over 1,000 lessons and delivered workshops to people of all ages, including:
• A 3-hour session for teenage English learners in Japan
• An 80-minute workshop for sixth graders in Mauritius
• Graduate-level communication courses at The University of Tokyo (where I taught for over a decade)

You don’t need to be a native speaker, or even an experienced one, to start speaking powerfully. You just need someone who knows how to guide you there.

I also saw some great interviews she did for various podcasts.
