About Laure
I have always loved to teach and I am truly good at it. I like to customize the lessons to each individual and make it interesting for my students. I have taught approximately to 50 people from all ages, backgrounds and hobbies, on and off over a period of ten years. I like to keep it simple and realistic, identifying the reason you want to learn French is the number one rule to success! From secondary-school students to people wanting to retire in the South of France, all have said that my lessons really helped.

I think it is important to have fun while learning so I will make sure that you have a good time and work hard at the same time. The way I work is simple. 1) I send you an article or a video in French ahead of our lesson so that you can practice your reading and listening. 2) I ask you questions in French, if you do not understand I repeat slowly or use different words 3) As you answer my questions I take notes of the mistakes you may make (either pronounciation or grammar mistakes). I correct the mistakes to you one by one in English and give you an easy to remember grammar or spelling rule, 4) I send you an email that summarises our lesson.
