About Susie
Hi, I’m Susie! I’m a copywriter, children’s author, and former radio presenter with over 16 years of experience working with words. I’ve published 20 children’s books, delivered author sessions in schools, and helped students of all ages feel more confident with language. My approach is simple: no pressure, no boring grammar drills. Just fun, relaxed sessions built around you. Whether you’re starting from scratch, buffing up your English, or wanting to feel more confident speaking and writing, I’ll meet you where you’re at. I’m friendly, patient, and a big believer that learning should lift you up, not drag you down. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff but keeps things light, I’m your person!

Hi, I’m Susie! I’m a copywriter, children’s author, and volunteer scout leader with a big love for words and helping people grow in confidence. My lessons are relaxed, positive, and built around you. I keep things simple, friendly, and stress-free. No boring worksheets or scary tests in sight! We’ll focus on real English you can actually use, with lots of encouragement along the way. I usually offer 30, 45, or 60-minute lessons depending on what suits you best. Just starting out? Want to brush up your skills? Or maybe you want a bit of extra support for school or work? I can help. I’ve worked mainly with young children, but I'm keen to help teens and adults, too— and I believe learning should feel like something you want to do, not something you have to survive.
