About ELEANOR

Hi, nice to meet you. I'm Ellie. I was born and raised in China, so Chinese is my mother tongue. Meanwhile, I can speak English fluently as well. I was interested in both Chinese and English so this inspired me to teach foreign people Chinese. I'm good at Chinese writing and Chinese character writing(Calligraphy) so I won several awards in my high school. Besides, My Chinese writing got a very high score in schools. I can speak Chinese very clearly and fluently without a terrible accent, so I get the Certificate of results of test of Putonghua (Mandarin) proficiency level1 B.

Since high school, I have taught international students Chinese for 3 years. Now my university major is teaching Chinese as a second language.

I have experienced so I know how to correct your pronunciation and grammar as well. I'm able to teach Chinese reading, writing, speaking, listening, Pinyin, and Chinese characters. In spite of these, Ican tailor my lessons based on the age, background, and interest of the student. In addition, I have amazing textbooks for all of you to improve your Chinese step by step. Also, I have much experience in helping students prepare for their AP Chinese test, HSK test, etcwe will study for rapid improvement. If you want me to teach the material you send to me, just let me know, I'm glad to prepare it for you. I love communicating with people in a vivid and interesting way, explain profound theories in simple words. I'll speak slowly so that you can hear my words clearly.

I'm very interested in teaching group classes that we can create breakout rooms between each other and play games. I'll use games to make you understand the words more clearly, and make the class atmosphere funny and exciting.
