About Chyanne
Hello!! I am an college student who is studying to be an art teacher! I have prior experience teaching, as I was the Co-President of my former high schools Art Club and often taught the members about different mediums and art forms that they would not have prior opportunities to try! I also have experience teaching Special-Ed students art!
I know that during this time of online classes, some schools and programs have opted out of offering art classes. I believe in allowing students this opportunity of allowing them to destress and express themselves with their art!
I am studying for a Bachelors of the Fine Arts and I aim to also get a teaching degree along with my Bachelors! I love watching my students create and seeing the final project blossom!
I hope to teach your student and watch them prosper!

I allow students to create in their own ways, while provide assistance and tips along the way. I think individuality and free expression is a fundamental way in teaching art, along with allowing students to create their own individualized pieces.
I do keep an eye on projects and encourage students to do peer review of each other’s work, teaching them positive criticism and healthy habits with their own art and others’.
I will also teach students how to create and grow their portfolio, which is an essential in storing and preserving your student’s art but is also an important document that shows a student’s growth and potential as well.
