About Isa
Hello! I’m Isa, an artist and student majoring in Elementary Education at Berkeley City College. Beyond my academic pursuits, I’m passionate about creating art, whether it’s drawing, painting, or crafting projects. I believe that creativity is essential in education, as it encourages students to think outside the box and develop problem-solving skills. In my free time, I also enjoy hiking, cooking, and spending quality time with my family, which helps me stay balanced and bring a fresh, enthusiastic perspective to my tutoring.
My hands-on, personalized tutoring approach is inspired by my artistic background. I aim to make learning fun and interactive, building strong foundations in writing, spelling, and phonetics. By incorporating creativity into my sessions, I help students feel confident, supported, and motivated to reach their academic goals.

I believe that learning should be an interactive and enriching experience. My approach to tutoring in writing and spelling is hands-on and personalized, focusing on each student’s unique learning style and needs. I combine creative techniques with proven strategies to engage students and build their confidence. Through tailored exercises, real-life applications, and constructive feedback, I guide students to develop strong writing skills and a firm grasp of spelling. My goal is to create an encouraging learning environment where students feel inspired to express their thoughts, improve their language abilities, and become more independent learners.
