My background is in health and movement. I am a group fitness instructor and behavior coach with 10 years experience.

Since I’ve worked mostly with students with intellectual and motor disabilities in the past, I have learned to take a very flexible approach to teaching. I focus on building a lot of rapport to start, learn the student’s learning style, and I cater my lesson plans to maximize efficacy.
I am very patient and enjoy implementing creative strategies in my teaching. To me, everything is about practice and repetition. I enjoy being the coach alongside students on their educational journey. I also get that each journey is going to be unique. I believe this is what makes me stand out as a tutor.
