About Libby
I study Dietetics at Newcastle University, which has foundations of biochemistry, after achieving AAA in my A-levels in 2025.
I have tutored year 12 students previously, as-well as year 7 students weekly in their general studies.
I want to help you get the best grades possible, while also teaching you independent revision methods that you are able to apply to your Chemistry revision, even when we are not together.

Heya!
My name is Libby. I am currently an undergraduate student at Newcastle University, and achieved an A in AQA A-level Chemistry and a 9 in GCSE. I have well and truly tried and tested many methods of chemistry revision, but have definitely found the most effective and efficient methods that have helped me achieve such high grades.
As your tutor, we will focus on the foundational knowledge of your syllabus, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of it. And then work on and apply this knowledge to past paper questions, focusing on what mark schemes look for.
Chemistry is a subject that often repeats questions, with simple re-wording. I will help you learn and understand these questions, and their answers- so that you are able to go into your exam with confidence and a massive advantage to your peers.
