About Jacob
I am a Physics student at university, but I love maths. Physics is basically maths of reality anyway, what I mean by this is that: in Physics you come up with a theory of how the world works, and you make objective, quantitative measurements to check if it's right. These measurements are numbers and maths is the tool to find out what the meaning of all these numbers is.

Maths is fun. My proposal for teaching is that we will spend 10 minutes discussing what they have been learning, what they're struggling with or what they want to learn more about. Then I will spend 10-30 minutes lecturing the content, accepting questions as and when they come into the student's head. Followed by practice questions until the end of the hour to consolidate their learning. I want these to be light-hearted, fun lessons, unless the student wants to study extremely, then I am most happy to push you to your limits.
