About Bethan
I am currently a 3rd year student at Lancaster University studying Medicine & surgery who has been tutoring alongside my degree for the previous 2 years.
During my A level years, I developed a keen passion for biology and chemistry and felt that with the right level of support these subjects can be genuinely enjoyable. I aim to try and share my enjoyment for these subjects as well as providing the pupil with someone they can come to in order to break down the subject allowing them to feel they have a firm grasp over the topics.

Aimed at pupils studying for GCSE chemistry.
I am generally flexible in my approach, however I would usually aim for sessions of an hour in length, using a variety of methods such as discussing the topic together to try and correct any misunderstandings, using worksheets as well as past papers to ensure the pupil can also develop their exam technique.
I would conduct these sessions via video chat - Google hangouts, Skype, Microsoft Teams etc
I obtained an A grade in GCSE chemistry as well as an A grade in my A-level chemistry.
I have been tutoring for 2 years alongside my studies at Lancaster University studying medicine.
Additionally I have led some peer based voluntary teaching as part of my university course.
