About Max
I'm a 4th Year Medical Student at Bristol Medical School. I have a passion for learning and for teaching. I have tutored many students throughout my studies on platforms such as MyTutor, gaining over 200 hours of teaching experience. My lessons are laid-back and relaxed in tone, but vigorous in quality and quantity of subject content covered. I will always match your pace of learning, whether that be slow or fast, we will work together to find a style of tutoring that works for you. It's important to me that you feel comfortable and at ease in the sessions, and feel empowered to ask me any questions as we discuss content. I have always tutored students of all abilities, rest assured my lessons are not a place you will ever be told off for not knowing something - come as you are and we work from there! And finally, if you're a parent or guardian looking for a tutor for your child, let me reassure you that I always keep outstanding lines of communication with you so you know exactly how to best support your child in their studies.

Physics can be a challenging subject for many students, but it's essentially just a problem-solving exercise. Taking a logical approach to problems and having good foundational knowledge is all you need! Lessons are relaxed in tone so you can really think about problems, and we'll work at a pace to suit you. I took physics at GCSE and A-Level, and continue to use the problem-solving skills I learnt in my everyday life as a Medical Student.
