About Amelie
I have always had a passion for language learning which led me to study Spanish as an extra subject at school. It came naturally to me and I love sharing this ease and enthusiasm with others who want to learn languages. I maintain my Spanish through TV shows, listening to music, visiting Spain, and reading Spanish literature. I love the challenge and novelty of reading in another language and uncovering a whole new perspective of the world. Learning a language keeps my mind flexible and curious, and I love to teach because I enjoy helping others experience the same joy and confidence in languages that I have. I aspire to travel to South America in the near future and dream of maybe one day living there.

I offer personalised Spanish tuition for GCSE and A-level students. Each lesson is adapted to the individual learner's style. My approach focuses on practical language skills, exam preparation, and efficient learning techniques to help students gain confidence and independence with Spanish. Lessons typically last 60–90 minutes, but are subject to the student’s request. I studied Spanish at GCSE and A-level, and was able to reach a level that allowed me to travel around Spain with ease. I teach both in person in London and online, for students of all abilities at GCSE and A-level, or for those looking to develop their language skills.
