About Hannah
Hi! My name is Hannah. I am a second year medical student currently studying at the University of Birmingham.
Having recently achieved an A* at A level and a grade 9 at GCSE, I have the most up to date knowledge of the mark schemes and question types to help current students succeed. I initially struggled with A level Maths however increased my grade significantly. Therefore, I know what methods work with the current examination styles.
I fully understand that all students learn in different ways and I will apply different techniques and knowledge to each student to tailor their study experience to be as effective as possible. I am patient, understanding and easy to talk to, making sessions enjoyable and easy to understand.

I aim to fully personalise lessons through understanding each individual's teaching style and what areas they struggle in. Mathematics requires the ability to solve problems strategically which I believe can be taught through practice and understanding mark schemes. I will work through examples and solve problems with students, demonstrating my thought process and method. Maths is not only about understanding but about developing the skills needed to solve questions in order to gain as many marks possible.
