About Katie
As a student I always had difficulty asking for help, I performed well in exams but could be easily caught out on questions where my understanding was the bare minimum required.
My love for biology and science came from understanding the small details which naturally build your curiosity.
I want to help my students find such a curiosity for the subject.

Specific needs based approach to each class. Typically one hour classes in which we can assess weaknesses in understanding and develop with a PBL approach.
Classes will vary depending on level of education.
I have experience teaching english abroad to age-groups 6-18yrs. Having achieved a first class honors degree in Genetics, and experience/knowledge gained working in research, I can help my students gain a well rounded understanding in molecular and cellular biology from GCSE to university level.
