About Rachel
Hi, I’m Rachel — a gentle, intuitive coach with a passion for helping people understand themselves more deeply. I’m trained in Psychology (University of Redlands) and certified in Health Coaching, and I’ve spent years supporting neurodivergent students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and confidence in real-world situations. I believe people learn best when they feel safe, seen, and supported. My teaching blends psychology, communication training, and somatic tools like breathwork, art, and guided movement to create a grounded space where you can reconnect with yourself and grow. I love helping students discover their strengths, understand their emotional patterns, and become more confident in relationships, school, and daily life. At my core, I’m someone who values presence, creativity, emotional honesty, and gentle curiosity. If you’re looking for a coach who brings warmth, structure, and empathy to each session, I’d love to work with you.

My lessons are designed to encourage self-discovery, emotional growth, and confident communication. I draw from my Psychology degree (University of Redlands), my Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and my experience working closely with neurodivergent students on social skills, emotional awareness, and executive functioning.
Each session is personalized. Some days we focus on communication or social behavior skills, and other days we use art, movement, or gentle breathwork to support somatic regulation and build a sense of internal safety. I believe real learning happens when a person feels grounded, understood, and free to express themselves, so I create a calm, supportive space where you can explore who you are and how you want to show up in the world.
Together, we’ll build the skills that help you feel more confident in relationships, school, work, and everyday life.
