About Poppy
I am a recently graduated school student who has a love for the subjects of History and Geography. I am continuing these subjects on at A level. During year 11, I wished that I had a tutor to assist me with my studies. As a student who didn’t conform to a ‘traditional’ style of revision, I will support your studies to achieve the grade you want. I am on time, responsible and guide students to becoming confident in academic life.

My approach to tutoring is practical, simplistic style. This can be tutored to any needs you have/want. I begin by gaining knowledge of what course content you know. Then we look at the content and how to answer questions relating to the topic. You will then keep going over course content. Finally, we will then complete an exam paper. This gives you the skills to complete a GCSE paper with confidence. The typical length of a lesson will be one hour and thirty minutes (but this can be adapted to scheduling). I am an experienced tutor who is adaptable and confident. This is for students starting GCSE content in year 10 to finishing content and need help with exam prep in year 11.
