About Aisha

Hi! I’m a college student with a genuine love for Geography and the Social Sciences, and I’m excited to share that interest with students.
As a student myself, I understand how a subject can feel difficult when the concepts are explained in a complicated way. I’ve always enjoyed breaking topics down, connecting ideas and finding simpler ways to understand them and that is what I want to bring into my classes.
I have a strong interest in Geography, Social Science, Political Science and the way people, places, society and the environment are connected. I also enjoy learning through maps, diagrams, examples and visual explanations rather than simply memorizing pages of information.
I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning at their own pace. For me, teaching is not just about completing a syllabus, it’s about helping someone reach that “Oh, now I finally get it!” moment.
If you’re looking for a friendly, patient and approachable tutor who will genuinely try to make your subjects easier to understand, I’d love to help you on your learning journey.

About the lesson

Geography doesn't have to be a subject you simply memorise!
My classes are designed to make Geography and Social Science simple, visual and genuinely interesting. I break difficult topics into easy to understand concepts and use real-life examples, maps, diagrams, comparisons and discussions to make lessons easier to remember.
A typical class begins with a quick understanding of what the student already knows, followed by a clear explanation of the topic, examples and interactive questions. We then revise the key ideas and, when needed, practise exam questions and answer-writing.
My biggest focus is understanding over rote learning. I encourage students to ask questions, learn at their own pace and actually explain concepts in their own words.
My classes are mainly intended for school students who want to strengthen their Geography, Social Science, Political Science and related subjects, whether they need help with a difficult chapter, regular studies, revision or exam preparation.
The goal? Simple: understand it, remember it and feel confident enough to explain it yourself.
