About Jaydip
I am a Communication professional with over 17 years experience across different industries and functions. With over 12 years of leadership, I have coached, mentored and groomed young professionals and fresh MBA graduates. I have also been a lecturer at an MBA institute, during which I got to counsel various students to help them in their academic and career pursuit.

I do not like teaching or preaching. I follow the principle of detailed discussion to understand, analyse and formulate action plan. Most of the discussions are based on experiences that I have gained over the years and how these experiences could help create a better opportunity for the youngsters.
