About Monica
I started sailing on the western Long Island Sound. City Island is where I keep my boat. No yelling, my goal is an easy environment that creates a positive learning environment and a positive experience. I am a former coach and educator.

We will start by having a conversation about where you are and where you want to go. Points of sail, theory, sail trim. We then get in the water and execute those skills. The key is to build confidence and competence.
