About Rosa
I have a degree in Pharmacy and a Master's degree in alternative therapies. I have been doing yoga for more than 10 years, as well as meditation, vegan food and a healthy and relaxed life. I focus mainly on Kundalini yoga in addition to breathing techniques, if you want something more moving I can also give you fluent yoga classes.

My teaching method is very personal, I try that my students enjoy the classes and do not see it as boring, I give adapted classes to each student. Not all of us learn in the same way or even motivate us the same things, that's why I like to adapt to your needs and motivations.
