About Zenobia
I am a dedicated Veterinary student fluent in both Afrikaans and English, with a strong passion for helping others succeed. I understand firsthand the challenges of learning a new language, and I’m committed to providing patient, clear, and personalized support to help you improve your Afrikaans skills. I achieved distinctions in both Afrikaans and English in my Matric exams, which reflects my strong grasp of the languages and my commitment to academic excellence. Though I am still a student, my academic experience and natural fluency in Afrikaans enable me to guide learners effectively — whether you need help with grammar, comprehension, oral skills, or exam preparation. I tailor my lessons to each student’s individual pace and learning style, ensuring a supportive and encouraging environment. You can expect well-structured lessons that focus on practical understanding, clear explanations, and consistent progress. My goal is to help you build confidence and achieve your learning goals, no matter your current level. I look forward to working with you and making Afrikaans both accessible and enjoyable!

As a fellow student, I understand that learning can sometimes feel overwhelming — which is why I focus on making Afrikaans simple, supportive, and personalised.
My teaching style is relaxed but structured: I adapt each lesson to your individual needs, whether you're a beginner just starting with the basics or an intermediate student looking to refine your Afrikaans. I offer help with reading, writing, oral work, grammar, and exam preparation.
I teach in both Afrikaans and English, depending on what makes you feel most comfortable and confident. My goal is to create a space where you're not afraid to ask questions and where learning happens at your pace.
