About Dhruvi
I am a passionate Bharatanatyam dancer and educator dedicated to preserving and sharing the richness of Indian classical dance. I completed my Bachelor of Performing Arts in Bharatanatyam from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where I was awarded three Gold Medals, and I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in the same field.
Along with performance experience at various national festivals and cultural events, I have also presented research papers and actively engage in academic study of dance. I believe Bharatanatyam is not just a performance art, but a discipline that builds confidence, grace, and cultural understanding.
Teaching gives me immense joy, and I aim to create a supportive and focused learning environment where students grow both technically and artistically.

I offer structured and authentic Bharatanatyam training in the Kalakshetra style for beginners and intermediate students. As a Gold Medalist from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Master’s student in Bharatanatyam, I combine strong academic knowledge with practical stage experience.
My classes focus on proper adavu technique, posture correction, rhythm training, abhinaya (expression) and understanding of Navarasa. Students are guided step-by-step with attention to clarity, discipline, and confidence building.
Along with practical training, I also introduce basic theory to help students understand the cultural and philosophical depth of Bharatanatyam.
Classes are available online and offline. Individual attention and a supportive learning environment are ensured.
