About Birdie
I am a passionate singing tutor with 15 years of experience teaching college students, and I am committed to helping students grow as confident and expressive singers. My lessons are designed to be interactive, practical, and inspiring, focusing on both vocal technique and creative expression.
I train students in breathing techniques, pitch control, tone development, and vocal expression, while also helping them build stage presence, confidence, and performance readiness. I use modern teaching tools such as audio recording, playback analysis, and structured exercises to make learning more effective and engaging.
I also encourage students to explore different genres of music and experiment with their own style, helping them discover their unique voice.

My teaching methodology for Singing is based on motivation, communication, creativity, and effective time management. I believe that every student has the potential to become a confident singer with the right guidance and consistent practice. I create a friendly and positive environment where students feel comfortable to learn and express themselves.
I focus on building strong fundamentals such as breathing techniques, pitch control, voice clarity, and tone quality. I explain each concept in a simple and easy-to-understand way so students can follow without confusion. I also encourage open communication, allowing students to ask questions and share their challenges freely.
Creativity plays a big role in my classes. I include activities like vocal improvisation, singing different styles, and expression practice to make learning interesting and enjoyable. I also use songs that students like to keep them motivated.
Each class is well-structured with time for warm-ups, technique practice, song learning, and feedback. I monitor progress regularly and adjust lessons according to each student’s needs.
Apart from Singing, I also teach music theory, rhythm, ear training, and performance skills to help students grow as complete musicians.
