About Aysa
I am a chemist. I have been giving lessons since second year of my PhD at Melbourne University. I have also worked as a Lecturer/Tutor at Charles Sturt University, NSW with 50 internal and around 100 online students. I love teaching and have received very positive feedback from my students. What I liked the most in the students' feedback is that how they became interested in Chemistry. I love not only helping students to understand the subject better but also help them enjoying what they are studying.

As a Tutor, I strive to ensure that my lessons are engaging and interesting for all students, i.e., regardless of their background levels and learning styles. Indeed, it is vital to provide a tailored learning experience so that students can see how things relate to themselves. Accordingly, I have focused on the following key steps:
• Using the whole/part/whole teaching approach
• Using Model Kit for organic chemistry to more clearly explain molecular structures
• Using quick questions during my class to identify specific areas/topics which need more focus
• Bringing day-to-day life products to class to demonstrate real-world applicability of key concepts being taught and improve student engagement/attention.
