About Tegan
I am a nursing student (Graduating May, 2021) and have spent many of my college years tutoring fellow healthcare students in anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and nursing concepts. I have hosted study sessions and one-on-one tutoring with students either struggling or reviewing material. Teaching has helped me review the material for myself as well. I have found great joy in teaching and tutoring material and am excited to work with students in pathophysiology!

I am a student myself, and I know the value of re-processing and applying information. Pathophysiology, as you well know, is not surface-level and often needs a deeper understanding of the physiological processes that fail or are disrupted with injury or disease. Much of my teaching, then, is through asking questions and promoting the act of working through how and why something is occurring. Everything is connected in one way or another in pathophysiology, so making those connections and applying them is key!
