About Sage
I’m a college student with a 3.8 GPA who genuinely enjoys helping people figure out things that initially seem confusing. Whether you’re struggling with math, programming, or another STEM subject, I’ll work with you at your pace and explain things in a way that actually makes sense.
I won’t just give you the answer and move on. I’ll help you understand how to get there yourself, so you feel more confident the next time you face a similar problem.
I have experience with Java, Python, GDScript, Godot, Unity, mathematics, computer science, and general STEM, and I understand what it’s like to be a student who just needs someone to explain a concept differently.

My lessons are built around you, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum. We’ll start by figuring out what you already understand, where you’re getting stuck, and what you want to accomplish. From there, we’ll work through the material together at a pace that makes sense for you.
I like to make difficult concepts simple, practical, and easy to visualize. Instead of having you memorize steps without understanding them, I’ll explain the reasoning behind them and give you opportunities to work through problems yourself.
For coding, that might mean building a small program together, debugging your code, or breaking down a confusing assignment into manageable pieces. For mathematics and STEM, we can work through practice problems step-by-step until the process starts to feel natural.
You’re also encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and tell me when something doesn’t make sense. There’s no judgment and no expectation that you should already know everything.
Whether you need help catching up, preparing for an exam, completing an assignment, or simply want to become more confident in a subject, our lessons will be focused on helping you make real progress.
