About Elizabella

Having achieved ten Grade 9s at GCSE—ranking in the top 0.3% of female candidates nationwide—I know that scoring top marks isn't about working harder; it’s about working smarter. I personally went from a Grade 5 to 100% in two of my GCSE papers in under six months by stripping away the fluff and mastering the exact mechanics of how papers are marked. My tutoring centres on relentless exam practice and deep mark scheme decoding: Mark Scheme Mastery: We dissect real examiner reports and mark schemes line-by-line so you learn the exact key phrases and trigger words that guarantee marks. Hardcore Past Paper Drilling: We tackle past paper questions under timed conditions, breaking down how to structure high-scoring answers efficiently. Targeted Error Elimination: We identify recurring missteps and trap questions, ensuring you never drop easy marks on exam day. Proven Grade-Jumping Strategies: I pass on the precise revision frameworks, active recall techniques, and exam shortcuts that propelled me into the top 0.3%. Whether you're struggling to secure a pass or aiming to push your scores into Grade 8s and 9s, I provide a clear, rigorous roadmap designed for maximum mark extraction.

About the lesson

Revision, testing, and exam strategy are things I am genuinely passionate about. Studying isn't just something I do—it’s a skill I have mastered and truly love. Having placed in the top 0.3% of female candidates nationwide, I thrive under exam conditions because I’ve turned exam preparation into an exact science. As a tutor, my goal is to pass that enthusiasm and mindset on to my students. I know how overwhelming GCSEs can feel, which is why I focus on turning exam anxiety into quiet confidence. Parents appreciate my structured, encouraging approach: I don't just teach content, I mentor students on how to learn, stay motivated, and master time management under pressure. Nothing is more rewarding to me than taking a student who feels stuck, showing them the exact steps to succeed, and watching them achieve grades they never thought possible!
