About Juvilyn
Hello! I’m Juvilyn, a Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines. I’m a patient, friendly, and approachable tutor who enjoys helping students improve their English skills and become more confident in communicating.
I have experience teaching English and tutoring students for several years. I believe that learning English should be comfortable, engaging, and enjoyable, so I adjust my lessons according to each student’s level, needs, and learning pace.
Whether you want to improve your speaking, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or everyday conversation, I’m here to support you. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your English-learning goals!

My approach as a tutor is patient, friendly, and learner-centered. I adjust my teaching style based on the student’s level, learning pace, and goals. I use simple explanations, examples, guided practice, questions, and interactive activities to help students understand and use English confidently.
A typical lesson starts with a short warm-up or review, followed by the introduction of the new topic. I then explain the lesson using examples and activities, give the student opportunities to practice speaking or answering questions, and provide feedback and corrections. I end the lesson with a short review to check the student’s understanding.
What sets me apart is my patience and ability to make lessons comfortable and engaging. As a Licensed Professional Teacher, I understand that students learn differently, so I make an effort to create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions.
My lessons are suitable for beginner to intermediate English learners, including children, teenagers, and adults who want to improve their speaking, vocabulary, grammar, reading, and overall communication skills.
