About Nate
I hold a BA in Biblical and Intercultural Studies from All Nations Christian College in the UK, where I studied theology, community development, anthropology, and the arts. With over 8 years experience working in Christian ministry with biblical studies at the forefront of that. I also have experience teaching English online, leading people development programs, guiding international students, and working in cross-cultural environments across different countries.
This background allows me to teach with both academic care and practical clarity. I enjoy helping learners ask good questions, notice important details in the text, and connect biblical books to their historical setting and wider theological themes.
My teaching style is calm, structured, discussion-based, and encouraging. I aim to create a space where learners can think deeply, ask honest questions, and grow in confidence as they study the Bible.

I offer one-on-one Biblical Studies lessons for learners who want to understand the Bible more deeply, carefully, and systematically.
My lessons focus on studying books of the Bible, paying close attention to the meaning of the text, its historical background, major themes, literary context, and how each passage fits into the wider story of the Bible. Rather than rushing through isolated verses, we will work through the Bible thoughtfully and exegetically, asking what the passage meant in its original context and how it can be understood today.
Lessons can include:
Book-by-book Bible study
Historical and cultural background
Key biblical themes and theological ideas
Exegesis of specific passages
Understanding genre, context, and structure
Practical reflection and discussion
Help with Biblical Studies assignments or personal study
My goal is to make Biblical Studies clear, engaging, and accessible, whether you are a beginner, a student, a church leader, or someone who simply wants to grow in your understanding of the Bible. Lessons can and will be shaped by your needs.
