Hello! My name is Pam, and I am an experienced and passionate teacher who enjoys helping students learn, grow, and become more confident in using English.
I believe that learning should be comfortable, engaging, and meaningful. In my lessons, I use a student-centered approach and adjust my teaching style according to each learner's level, needs, and goals. I encourage my students to ask questions, express themselves, and learn from their mistakes in a positive and supportive environment.
Whether you want to improve your speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, or overall communication skills, I am here to guide you step by step.

My Approach as a Tutor
Teaching Method and Techniques
My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and personalized. I believe that every learner has different needs, learning styles, and levels of confidence. I use clear explanations, guided practice, questioning techniques, real-life examples, and positive feedback to help students understand lessons and apply what they have learned. I also encourage students to actively participate rather than simply listen, so they can develop both knowledge and confidence.
Typical Lesson Plan
I usually begin a lesson with a short review or warm-up activity to connect the topic to the student's prior knowledge. I then introduce the new lesson using simple and clear explanations, examples, and questions. After that, I guide the student through practice activities and gradually allow them to work more independently. I end the lesson with a short review, feedback, and a quick assessment to check their understanding and identify areas that need further practice.

What sets me apart is my patience, adaptability, and genuine commitment to my students' progress. As an experienced teacher, I understand that students learn at different paces. I make an effort to create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes.
