About Quijano
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Filipino, with a genuine passion for teaching and helping students learn with confidence. I am a patient, dedicated, and approachable tutor who believes that every student has their own pace and learning style. I aim to create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where students can freely ask questions and improve their skills. With my background in Filipino education, I can help students develop their skills in Filipino grammar, reading, writing, literature, communication, and comprehension. My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and easy to understand. I use simple explanations, examples, activities, and practical exercises to make every lesson engaging.
A typical lesson starts with a short review, followed by an introduction to the topic, guided discussion, practice activities, and a quick assessment to check the student’s understanding. I also adjust my teaching strategies according to the student’s level, learning style, and needs.
What sets me apart is my patience, dedication, and genuine love for teaching Filipino. My lessons are suitable for elementary, junior high school, senior high school, and students who want to strengthen their Filipino communication, grammar, reading, writing, and literature skills. I aim to make every student feel comfortable, confident, and motivated to learn.
