Hello! I am Teacher Viviene, a dedicated mathematics educator with a deep passion for making math accessible, engaging, and stress-free. My teaching journey spans from delivering high-stakes instruction in advanced topics like Geometry and Trigonometry at Bacoor National High School to providing personalized, high-energy, one-on-one tutoring for primary learners.
Because I once struggled with math myself, I completely understand the anxiety it can cause. I bring that genuine empathy into every class, creating a safe space where mistakes are celebrated as milestones toward mastery. My pedagogy focuses on guided discovery—using creative storytelling, like my "Friendly Neighbors" game for regrouping, to ensure younger students visualize concepts rather than memorize rules, while empowering advanced students with cognitive shortcuts to boost their problem-solving speed.
