About Angella
i was a person who believed eating healthy and maintaining good diet plans will be enough to keep our body fit. However, after some years i realized I'm becoming weak and even cannot cop up with daily activities that's when i realized muscle strength is important.
doing simple exercises daily really progressed my lifestyle both mind and body even my metabolism and resistance power got increased day by day.
I'm confident in myself to share the experience of my fitness journey.
