About Summer
When I was in middle and high school, I worked closely with other students in a progam called PALs. This program was to tutor younger students with homework and give them a safe space to do so after school. It was something that I loved to do and it really helped students feel more confident in their work.
Through high school, I excelled in math and helped many peers with their work as well. I feel the first thing you need to succeed is to feel confident in yourself and your work, and if you get that down, you are on a straight path to a wonderful school year!

While teaching, I like to explain to students using the first question or problem how to answer it. I will walk through it and give examples and show my work for students to look back at. Then I will walk through other problems with the student, having them lead while correcting them if needed. My goal is to have students feel confident in their work.
