Firstly I try as much as possible to make my students comfortable, I introduce myself and let them do likewise so we all can be in a comfortable environment to make the teaching experiment fun. A lot of the aspects of physics and chemistry especially organic chemistry is abstract so I try to use a lot personification and real life examples where possible to help my students have a better understanding of a concept
