About Mary Grace
I am a dedicated educator holding a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino, with 49 earned units in Master of Arts in Counseling and currently pursuing Master of Arts in Education major in Special Education. With 8 years in public schools and 2 years in private teaching Grade 7 Filipino and Values Education, I blend language mastery, cultural heritage, and character formation. My instruction integrates counseling perspectives and inclusive SPED approaches—nurturing not just fluency in our national tongue, but empathy, integrity, and purpose, guiding every learner to grow as confident, compassionate, and culturally rooted Filipinos.

My Grade 7 Filipino and Values Education lessons weave together language mastery, cultural pride, and character growth as one meaningful journey. In Filipino, we deepen reading comprehension, grammar, oral expression, and appreciation of our rich literature—from folk tales to modern works—while strengthening love for our national language. In Values Education, we nurture integrity, respect, empathy, responsibility, love for family and community, and moral decision-making, guiding students to become kind, upright, and service-oriented young Filipinos. Both subjects work hand in hand: learning our language connects us to our identity, while values shape how we live with purpose and compassion each day.
