About Artie

As a student of film and media, I have both theoretical knowledge and practical experience with the inner workings of the subject and industry beyond. I have a wide range of knowledge of many further subjects, such as philosophy, feminism and queer studies. With over three years of teaching and tutoring in a top London school in subjects such as media and English, you can be assured that I have the experience necessary to suit your learning style. I believe that patience is key to learning and encourage students to work at their chosen pace. I aim to help diligent students thrive.

About the lesson

I have a patient and relaxed teaching style; I think it is important to work through lesson material at a pace that fits the student. I have a focus on detail as well as understanding the larger picture. Lessons will run an hour on average. I have a first class bachelor's degree in Film Studies from a Leeds university. I have experience working as a tutor in a top-ranked London school. I can teach at GCSE, A level and degree. I also have experience teaching SEN, having taught students with autism and ADHD.
