About Joseph
I have been playing piano for 12 years and have been teaching for 2. I have played in many bands, big bands, jazz sessions and concert work on a number of occasions. When I started lessons with my second teacher at the age of 16, I could really see how much he wanted me as a student to succeed and the lengths he was willing to go to to make sure I did. His ability to play and how knowledgeable he was so inspiring to me and made me want to work twice as hard in my lessons and my own personal practice. His passion for teaching inspired me to want to do the same, and so we focused our lessons for a while on how I can follow in his footsteps and be a good teacher.

Whatever your goals may be for piano, my lessons will be specifically tailored to get you to where you want to be. Whether that be just being able to sit down and play your favourite song, get involved in jazz sessions, playing in bands or even concert performances. I do my best to make lessons fun and engaging for students of all ages.
