My teaching philosophy centers on adaptive learning—I meet students where they are and adjust my approach based on their individual learning style, pace, and goals. I employ a combination of:

A Typical Lesson Plan
Each session generally follows this structure:
Check-in (5 min): Review previous material, address questions, assess confidence level
Concept introduction (15-20 min): Present new material using multiple modalities (visual, verbal, written examples)
Guided practice (15-20 min): Work through problems together, gradually reducing my support as confidence builds
Independent practice (10-15 min): Student tackles problems while I observe and provide strategic hints
Wrap-up (5 min): Summarize key takeaways, preview next session, assign targeted practice
This structure remains flexible—if a student needs more time on fundamentals or wants to dive deeper into advanced topics, we adjust accordingly.
