About Shrinidhi
A BBA graduate from Acharya Bangalore B-School. I am a dedicated and disciplined individual with a strong focus on both academics and extracurricular activities. I maintained consistent academic performance along with 100% attendance, which reflects my commitment to learning.
I actively participated in competitions and events, especially in business and marketing areas. I have won prizes in business quizzes and startup competitions, which helped me develop analytical thinking and creativity. I also enjoy sports like Kabaddi, which has taught me teamwork and resilience.
I have taken up leadership roles such as NSS coordinator and have been part of organizing committees for college events. These experiences helped me build communication, coordination, and management skills.

I focus on making learning simple, engaging, and meaningful. I explain concepts in an easy way using real-life examples so that every student can understand, not just memorize. I am patient and approachable, so students can ask doubts freely without fear. I create a positive and supportive learning environment where everyone feels comfortable to learn and express themselves. I don’t just teach from textbooks—I connect lessons with real-life situations, which makes understanding easier and more interesting. Whether a student needs extra help or wants to go beyond the syllabus, I make sure they get the right guidance. I encourage questions, discussions, and creativity so that learning becomes active, not boring. Discipline and respect are also important in my class, but I maintain them in a friendly and motivating way. I focus on building strong basics, improving communication skills, and developing confidence in students.
