About Shella
As a tutor, I will use what's I've studied before, on how to handle students well and what should be taken everyday. And also code of ethics is one of the most important when in times of teaching.
Every teacher has own ability on how to get learners attention and some used a lot inaccurate method to meet the goal of the class, but it doesn't mean that teacher can do anything even they're already knew. Limitations and keep learning should be prioritized.

And I will avoid unnecessary lessons in order to achieve my primary goal to my learner's.
As a tutor i would like to reach them that not all salary matters but also about the learners need and what could be change.
