I've learned that effective communication goes beyond grammar and vocabulary. It's about fostering confidence, curiosity, and cultural understanding. Each student brings unique challenges and strengths, so flexibility and empathy are essential. Patience is key, as language learning takes time and practice. Encouraging students to immerse themselves in the language through reading, listening, speaking, and writing activities is crucial for progress. Creating a supportive and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions is paramount. Ultimately, seeing students grow in their language proficiency and witnessing their excitement as they achieve milestones is incredibly rewarding.
