About Faryal
Chemistry was and is one of my favourite and most loved subjects. I know it may seem unusual, as it does to my friends, but it is something I thoroughly enjoy learning more about and I love being able to teach it to others. It is not the easiest subject and concept to understand and learn, so I would like to help those who want to improve their knowledge of chemistry and maybe even change their minds about the subject.

We will go through any weaknesses and topics you may have first and then proceed to go through and revise your syllabus to make sure you understand everything that is being taught. I will explain all topics to the best of my ability to ensure the stress you may have surrounding chemistry eases. We will make sure you are ready for any assessment and examinations and work through practice questions and exams.
Active learning and recall are something that helped me a lot during high school and university, so we will use this study strategy during our lessons and even outside of them if further assistance is needed. We will do this by creating flashcards and mini quizzes/tests so that you can retain the knowledge for the long term and create/improve the notes made for the subject. I will also provide assessment and examination feedback on drafts if needed.
My job as a tutor is not only to teach but to also make sure you are comfortable and to ease any worries and stresses you may have. High school, balancing life and other commitments can be daunting, so if I can at least reduce some of these stresses, I will try my utmost best to do so.
