About Elizabeth
I am a public school educator who is kind, patient, and skillful at delivering personalized reading support and interventions. I was my first reading student , self taught at the age of four. When I started Kindergarten, I was already reading at a third grade level.
Growing up in a bilingual home has helped me gain a unique perspective on how language development occurs. I have successfully brought the gift of reading fluency to both native and non native speakers alike.
With more than two decades of experience transforming the lives of students, I find great joy in playing a leading role in the reading development of my students.

All of my students become fluent readers, some of them in as little as three weeks. Individualized phonics based reading instruction and practice make up the bulk of the reading sessions. A whole language development approach is incorporated, along with academic supports and opportunities to develop speaking and writing skills. Reserve the first lesson for yourself or your child ( ages 5 and up) for free.

Details
Instructional times and frequency are tailored to the needs and schedules of my students. One-on-one and small group instruction options are available ( in person and/or online with small group maximum of 5 students per session).
Cost per 45 minute session is divided by number of students in session.
First session is free, consisting of a reading skills diagnostic and instructional plan.
Transportation cost is free when two sessions are booked back to back on the same day. Locations include North San Diego County , and as far north as Murrieta, California.
