About Ranıa
I started with the wrong University degree because of my love to Literature, so the normal path for a woman in the middle east is to be a school teacher; it took me one academic year to realize this was not my passion though I excelled as a new graduate. so I started building a whole new career in management overcoming the obstacle of the wrong degree. and so I started small as a secretary for HR in a hotel and started self learning, moving up the management career levels in different firms and NGOs gaining diplomas online and squeezing myself in every course that I could learn from till by the age of 35 I became the youngest CEO of on of the most distinguished NGOs for Women's Economic Empowerment. There I continued developing my tutoring and training skills to help women establish there own businesses and teach them how to actively manage their start-ups. which led me onwards to become a renown business consultant delivering my experience in building governance structures and business policies for well-known great companies and firms, including building client based training programs for those firms.

I mold trainings based on clients' needs and background, so I take into consideration your career history and what you want to achieve in the future.
My methodology is based on case studies, coaching, interactive training and go to on-the-job training when needed.
The length for basic trainings is 3 - 7 hours, and 15 -30 hrs for advanced levels.
My experience as a tutor is over 11 years in multiple executive roles I handled.
My ideal target audience is anyone +18 looking forward to build a career/life path, advance in their career or even change his/her career path
