About Cassandra

Hello, future biology students! My name is Cassandra, I’m 26 years old, originally from Singapore, and I’ve been living in the UK for the past seven years. I’m a graduate of Keele University with a degree in Human Biology with Education, and I’ve dedicated my career to making science exciting, accessible, and meaningful. I currently work as a cover supervisor, specialising in science across secondary schools in Staffordshire, where I support students in developing their understanding and confidence in biology. Beyond the classroom, I run my own business offering self-love and empowerment workshops for women in schools, pageants, and private sessions—helping them grow into the best version of themselves. As a former beauty queen who represented the UK, I understand the power of confidence and self-belief, and I bring that same energy into every tutoring session. I believe learning biology isn’t just about memorising facts—it’s about understanding life itself, and I love helping students connect with it in ways that feel personal and inspiring. In my free time, I enjoy reading, doing scientific research, playing guitar, and yes—shopping too! But at the heart of everything I do, whether in science or self-development, is a genuine desire to help others. That passion is what led me to teach, and I’m here to support you on your journey to success in biology and beyond.

My aim is to make biology not only manageable, but genuinely interesting and rewarding.
