About Matilda
I'm Tilly and I'm 21, I've been dancing since my mum put me in baby ballet when I was 18 months and I fell in love with it and have danced ever since. I know the importance of exercise and dance for your mental health and can't stress how good movement is for the mind. I'm a super friendly people-person and my number one priority is your comfortability while dancing with me.

I am a young teacher so love to build a connection and a relationship with my students, I think that foundation is so important to a successful lesson. As the daughter of a personal trainer my lessons have an emphasis on the importance of conditioning and fitness to maintain your stamina and flexibility while dancing. My lessons are fun and I try to incorporate games and challenges to make it an enjoyable 1/2 hours with me. I have been dancing for 18 years. I teach all ages and stages, and I'll have a chat with you personally about what it is you want to gain from your lessons.
