About Tash
Hi! my name is Tash and I’m a London-based law tutor with a real passion for helping students feel confident when facing their exams. I studied at the University of Oxford, went on to earn a Distinction in my GDL, and recently came in the top quintile for SQE1. I’m currently sitting SQE2, so I know exactly what it’s like to go through these exams - and more importantly, how to do well in them. My knowledge is fresh, my materials are up to date, and I’ve developed a clear, practical approach to mastering legal content and exam technique. I’ve tutored students of all ages, including at university level, and I always tailor my lessons to suit each person’s learning style. Whether you're working through tricky concepts, revising for assessments, or just need help structuring your study time, I’m here to make the process easier, more focused, and even enjoyable! My approach to tutoring is personal, flexible, and completely focused on each individual student. I take time to understand how each student learns best, and I adapt my teaching style to meet their specific needs. Whether it’s helping a student get to grips with tricky legal concepts, or guiding them through the structure of an SQE or GDL exam, my aim is always the same: to build confidence, clarity, and exam success. I’m passionate about making the law accessible and engaging, and I aim to simplify complex ideas into clear, practical steps. I place a strong emphasis on exam technique and revision strategies, helping students study smarter, not harder. I’m supportive, approachable, and always on hand to guide students through challenges - whether academic or mindset-based. Ultimately, I want every student I work with to feel understood, motivated, and fully equipped to pass their exams and move forward in their legal journey.
