About Dodji
Hello everyone, i am Dodji Kassavi, I will be your new teacher. I am passionate about the subject I teach. I enjoy educating students in my best possible way. I only consider a job done when it makes a point to the maximum number of students. Why do Iwant to teach? Simple, There is a demand for teachers in this country, and a person is called to become a teacher in response to that need. I want to improve thequalityof education, to give back to my community and change the lives of students.

I am a teacher who is passionate about my job. I maintain a positive relationship among students and encourage cooperation, mutual support by getting learners to study collaboratively. I avoid imposition of my ideas or opinions on the class but allow the student to participate actively. I encourage the meaningful application of knowledge, to link what they have learned with events happening in their everyday live. I allocate time to evaluate student's understanding of her instruction. I listen to my students to understand them better, also use multimedia during classes to make lesson more interesting and thus motivate students to be more attentive.
