I am currently teaching in a private school in the Philippines and a teaching aide for primary level students. I am also a tutor for writing and reading for different elementary grade level students. I used different approaches based from the needs of the students. Engaging students is one of my goal because I do believe that students who are engaged in learning can learn the most.
